Roger King (Owner)

Roger is a Real Estate Broker and Certified Residential Appraiser in California with over 20 years of appraisal experience in Northern California, Southern California and Texas. He has written appraisal workbooks and taught appraisal classes to professionals and ‘laymen’ alike. Roger held and taught California State DRE accredited three hour appraisal courses as well as adult continuing education at Orange Coast College in Southern California. Roger trains and supervises all associates of the firm and also holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He is a member of The Appraisal Institute, associate member of the Placer and Sacramento Board of Realtors. Roger resides in Rocklin, Ca. with his wife Dionne and two boys. rking@forwhatitsworth.biz
